Class Taker
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to every client
- Assist in ensuring a smooth transition between classes
- Take 1 Revolutions or GRIT class during each scheduled shift
- Perform bike fits for Revolutions clients
- Assist in setup and/or break-down of classes before and after taking class
- Clean bikes and turnover studios between classes
- Support Studio Manager and Operations Lead as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- A team player with the ability to focus and anticipate needs of others
- Able to take initiative and problem solve under pressure
