Here at uforia we believe working out should be FUN. We’ve found the key fun factors to be: surround yourself with positive friends and energy, take classes with your favorite motivational instructors, and arguably most important: listen to high-energy (optional: LOUD) music that makes you want to get up and dance! With that, we bring you Music Monday, playlists and music suggestions from your favorite uforia instructors.
