Suspensions

In lieu of cancellation, you can suspend your membership. Your suspension MUST BE for a minimum of 7 days. We also require a 5-day suspension notice so that our team can have plenty of time to process your request.

For short term suspensions, you can suspend your membership for up to two months with no suspension fee. Any suspension longer than two months will result in a $15 per month suspension fee, and this fee will allow you to take one class per month. Your account will be deactivated during the suspension.

Upgrades or Downgrades

You can switch membership levels by submitting an Upgrade or Downgrade Request with five days notice before your next scheduled payment date. Out of classes and need to upgrade mid-month? We can help with that too!

There are no additional fees to upgrade your membership. All you do is pay the difference in the cost! $30 will be charged to your card on file for Upgrades from Intro to Premier. $100 will be charged to your card on file for upgrades from Premier to All Access.

You will be responsible for the ongoing payment of any additional monthly fees associated with upgrades.
