Ready for a challenge? Embrace the Sweat is our annual team challenge that gives you the chance to raise money for life-changing local charities by sweating at uforia.

Join the Embrace the Sweat Challenge to give back to to those in need by taking extra classes and making new friends at uforia.

WHEN?

  • #ETS 2018 runs May 21- June 3
  • Kickoff event May 19

 HERE’S WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU SIGN UP:

1. Assigned to an Embrace the Sweat team filled with your fellow uforians and the uforia crew. Earn points for your team by taking classes and completing special bonus challenges.

2. Your name on the Embrace the Sweat scoreboard so you can track your classes and progress.

3. Motivational emails with health and wellness challenges including healthy recipes, workout tips and more to get your mind, body and soul ready for summer!

GET SWEATY AND GIVE BACK

We’re partnering with Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital to raise money for the Children’s Fund, which helps support kids during their hospital stay.
