ROCKSTAR Jessica gives us the inside scoop on how she found cycling, her love for wine & cheese, & how she finds her uforia!
I played volleyball all the way through college so I always had a built-in fitness routine because of it. After I graduated, I needed to fill that void. I tried a variety of fitness routines (gym memberships, personal training, etc.), but struggled to find something that gave me the same feeling of…uforia! I then discovered cycling and was hooked after my first class. It was the butt-kicking workout I was craving and I had a blast doing it! Then came uforia!

If I’m not a uforia, you can find me happy with a bottle of wine and a group of friends to share stories and laugh with.
WHERE DO YOU FIND YOUR UFORIA?
I find my uforia when I finally achieve something I’ve been working towards. I love challenging myself and learning new things – there is nothing better than that moment when all of your hard work has paid off and you can see the results.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE PRE/POST WORKOUT SNACKS?
I try to hydrate as much as possible before a workout, and am usually on the go so will grab a banana or granola bar before I hop on the bike. After class, if I’m being good, I’ll have a chocolate protein shake with almond milk, and if I’m not so good, I’ll treat myself to cheese and a glass of wine 🙂
FAVORITE SONG AT THE MOMENT?
Ahhhh so many! I’ve had the Chainsmokers and the Weeknd on repeat for weeks!
