We love that Revolutions has become such a great social place for working professionals, moms and students! We all need a little time-out in our busy days and nothing beats that post-exercise high from Revolutions. Even if cycling isn’t your thing, come for the fabulous music, the light show and of course the post ride chilled towels, fresh fruit and spa water!

What do you love about the class?
It is the best sweat I can get in just 45 minutes and it makes me feel amazing!
How do you try to maintain a healthy lifestyle?
Besides taking a uforia classes I do Cross-fit and tennis.
How do the classes fit into your schedule as a student?
It is nice that there are morning and night classes. It’s nice to see other students in class too.
How has Revolutions/uforia helped you as a student?
uforia gives me a stress outlet and a chance not to think about anything but making myself feel good for 45 minutes of my day.
Any advice for other clients and students?
Have fun with it; its not just a work out!
