My passion for fitness started off as a personal challenge where I committed to trying a new workout for 30 days, EVERYDAY. After my first workout and how amazing I felt afterwards, I knew my commitment would not be just for 30 days but for a lifetime. uforia allows you to really embrace your true self when you are working out and allows you to leave feeling sweaty, challenged, and energized! uforia may be a workout studio but it definitely feels like home.

What do you do in your spare time?
Spend time with my adorable dog Aiden, plan celebration events for family and friends, attend live concerts, and read. I also am a certified nerd so I love a complex Jigsaw puzzle or word search.
Where do you find your uforia?
Anywhere there is an amazing view of just how awesome the Bay Area landscape is…which is not hard to find.
What are your favorite pre/post workout snacks?
Pre-snacks: Archer Farms Monster Trailmix from Target, Peanut Butter filled Pretzels from Trader Joes, and Bananas.
Post-workout: Smoothies from Jamba Juice or Starbuks, Salads from The Grove, and Burgers (it’s not the healthiest thing so I recommend this a treat yourself meal but if I didn’t share this my family would tell you that I am not being 100% real;) )
